Our online store allows you to browse and purchase a unique collection of home décor, handmade crafts, and gourmet treats. All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
We specialize in custom gift hampers and personalized keepsakes. Please note that handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish, which adds to their unique charm. For custom orders, please allow additional processing time as specified at the time of purchase.
We offer local delivery within Adelaide and surrounding suburbs from our Mile End location. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and urgency. Local pickup is available during store hours at 145B Railway Terrace. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or upon your pickup.
Due to the nature of our products (including gourmet treats and personalized items), returns are handled on a case-by-step basis. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used both online and in-store. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
